Clear policies for how we work with clients and protect your information.
Monthly retainers
Ongoing monthly marketing or management fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once work has begun, as labor and ad setup are allocated immediately.
Project-based work
Deposits for custom web or development projects may be partially refundable before kickoff, depending on your signed proposal. After discovery or production starts, deposits apply to completed work.
Ad spend
Third-party advertising spend (Google, Meta, etc.) is billed by those platforms and is not refundable by The Ranking Media once campaigns are live.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact therankingmedia@gmail.com within 14 days with your invoice details. We will review and respond within five business days.
